Team Leader
SUPERVISION:
The Executive Director will be your supervisor.
ROLE:
A Team Leader functions as the hub of a work team, providing coordination and assuring good communication within the work team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 22 years of age and have an Associates Degree. Two years of related work experience may substitute for an AA Degree. Must demonstrate well-developed communication skills and be able to work effectively in a work team environment.
DUTIES:

Monitor the work of team members and provide mentoring for team members needing support.

Actively promote accountability and professionalism among team members.

Participate in the development of IISP’s, IFP’s and Behavior Support Plans.

Monitor resident IISP goals to assure diligent support of goals by team members.

Oversee team staff scheduling.

Actively work to promote the healthy functioning of the work team. Assure use of the Conflict Resolution Step Program to resolve team member differences.

Attend Team Leader meetings and actively participate in the process of quality improvement.

Work to maintain an open line of communication between the work team and the Service Coordination Team.

Carry the Team Leader On-Call pager on a rotating basis to assure 24-hour response to client needs.
