Office Assistant Volunteer

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Kokua welcomes Volunteers to help with the daily running of our agency.

Volunteers will help the Administrative Assistant and the Business Operations Coordinator with everyday business tasks, copying and mailing out our monthly Newsletter or with a special project. 
  
QUALIFICATIONS:  

If you do not already posses the technical qualifications but have the desire to learn, we can teach you the skills so you can be successful.    

  • Comfortable using a copier, Windows, Microsoft Office, and E-mail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to manage a project with goals and deadlines.

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT:

Volunteers will be working during regular business hours M-F 8:00a-4:00p. Some tasks have monthly dead lines while other duties provide more flexibility. Volunteers can cerate a schedule so tasks are completed on time with a schedule that works for them.
