Thank you for expressing an interest in employment with Kokua. Kokua is a non-profit organization providing support services to adults with disabilities. Our Residential Support Staff work directly with our clients, providing the help they need to lead challenging, meaningful lives.

References- Please complete 3 work reference forms. All work reference forms must have complete addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers. If you have never held a job before, please provide three character references who are not family members.
Documentation Needed- Please attach copies of:
- Picture identification: a driver’s license, passport, state I.D. card, resident alien card, etc.
- Your Social Security card
- A driving abstract from the Department of Motor Vehicles. You may obtain an abstract at the Department of Licensing Office, 645 Woodland Square Loop SE in Lacey. Their phone number is 459-6753.
- A copy of your vehicle insurance card.
- If you have any of the following certifications, please include a copy: current First Aid/CPR card, Nurse Delegation Core Training Certificate, NAR card or Bloodborne Pathogens Training Certificate. (These certifications are not required for hiring.)
